In recent years, much of our work has involved the design and delivery of climate adaptation strategies – including everything from waste recovery systems and renewable energy generation to timber construction solutions and robotic process lines.
The House of Bruar
We have advised on 200,000 sq. ft. of extensions for retail, customer parking and public square at Bruar. The project also included the development of a new logistics and customer operations centre on the A9 at Ballinluig.
Graham’s, the Family Dairy
Glenfield Industrial estate in Fife is now home to Graham’s 200,000 sq. ft. cheese production factory. We handled real estate management for the project, covering buildings and infrastructure for new process lines and end-of-line automation. We also helped incorporate cleaning in process lines, trade effluent systems, and a new automated packaging warehouse.
Soft Fruits Production & Distribution
We support a variety of family owned soft fruit businesses throughout Perthshire & Angus on planning for climate adaptation from energy and water infrastructure through to refrigeration and glass house production.
Inver Rath Ltd
Working with Inver Rath, we helped secure permissions and then deliver Logierait workspaces – 25,000 sq. ft. of new rural commercial buildings for lease to local businesses. The aim is to focus on zero carbon through a self-supporting timber building system and onsite energy generation, storage and distribution. To support wider adoption of sustainable construction we worked with Zero Waste Scotland and Built Environment – Smarter Transformation (Construction Scotland Innovation Centre) on the design, procurement and performance.
