Residential

We work with landowners to design, consult, and financially model residential projects – from individual plots to mixed-use city expansion schemes. At every step, we keep projects in line with your business strategy.

Since 2013, we’ve actively supported custom and self build projects which help local communities build their own homes. And we’ve advised the Scottish Government on strategies to increase the role of custom and self-build housing.

Kippendavie Group Trust

With Kippendavide Group Trust, we delivered 44 custom and self-build homes with a community hub in Dunblane. The project was shaped through a community survey, self-build register and secured through a design brief with estate-led infrastructure.

The John Dewar Lamberkin & Dupplin Trusts

We supported the planning of this mixed-use city expansion project in Perth, featuring 1,500 homes, primary school, doctors surgery and community centre, 20 hectares of commercial land, a mobility hub and a trunk road underpass with junction. The final designs were shaped through an intensive Scottish Government charette consultation process, alongside Environmental Impact Assessments and engagement with key agencies.

Graham’s, the Family Dairy

At Airthrey Kerse in Bridge of Allan, we helped plan 600 homes, including retirement, custom and self-build – all set within a new 60-acre community park and sustainable urban drainage scheme. The project was shaped through public consultation and promotion through the Local Development Plan (LDP) and planning process.

Dalhousie Estates

Dubton Farm in Brechin is now the location of 400 mixed tenure new homes within a parkland on the edge of the town. We delivered estate-led infrastructure, which helped remove barriers to implementation by coordinating multiple home builders.
