From our office in Dunblane, we provide planning and development advice and secure consents to support our clients business.

We promote and sell land for strategic development, acquire sites, expand commercial premises and represent interests on national planning and infrastructure projects.

As a core service, we provide planning advice from a team of chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Through long-standing professional relationships we also provide multi-disciplinary project support: covering engineering, masterplanning and transportation through to environmental assessment, economic impact testing and research.

Our results are seen in business growth and job creation through the successful sales of development land to support reinvestment.

Support & Advice

Our working process hinges on close consultation with our clients to gain a proper understanding of their investment needs. This is followed by research and technical analysis, and the development and delivery of a land use strategy.

Invariably, projects call for multi-disciplinary professional teams, whom we manage cohesively through the planning, consents and implementation stages.
